The clear weather for a summer day to me is the one that starts out with a grey sky. Light showers throughout the early part of the day. Letting the kids run around and terpsichore in the rain. And so the rainwater getting stronger, having them come in and mop up in towels, sitting in the living room with the door harsh to freshen the house with the caller rain smell, while we read, play games and reasonable delight from each one others company. The day ending with us watching the lightning show.

75 degrees, pitcher of lemonade on the picnic table during the day and watching fireflies and stars in the sky at night. Gotta have the occasional thunderstorm to make water my garden farm. A nice breeze so my kids can pitch the tent in the backyard and breathe the fresh area air out while they sleep.
